DocuSign for QuickBase Hosted DocuSign for QuickBase provides you with a fast, easy and secure way to send, sign, track and store documents in the cloud. Fully integrated with your QuickBase application, DocuSign reduces paper waste, shortens the sales cycle, and increases close rates.
Signatures for QuickBase Hosted Electronically Sign QuickBase records and store the captured signature image in a file attachment field.
Courier for QuickBase Hosted QB Courier was designed to provide enhanced functionality when it comes to sending email notifications and reminders to users of your QuickBase application(s) AS WELL as NON users of your QuickBase application(s).
Amazon S3 - MultiFile Hosted Now you can select more than one file to associate to a QuickBase record and store those files in Amazon S3. Get a "file explorer" view of the uploaded files, and for uploaded image files you can see a thumbnail view. Speed up data entry while also optimizing file storage utilization with this add-on.
QB Triggers Hosted What is a QB Trigger? "Code that is automatically executed in response to certain events on a particular table." So a QB Trigger can be fired when a record is Added, Modified or Deleted. The QB Trigger can be designed to perform one or many actions against your QuickBase when fired. In this demo, when a record is modified, the QB Trigger is designed to read the edited record, download the file attachment and email it to the email address stored in the "Email" field on the edited record. We take advantage of the QuickBase Email Notification functionality to fire the "QB Triggers".
QB Documentor Hosted Need to document your QuickBase application?
Exact Forms Plus! Hosted QuickBase provides users with the ability to print forms with it's "Exact Forms" functionality. We've taken that concept to the next level by allowing users to generate Word Documents from QuickBase. QuickBase "Exact Forms" will generate an html based page integrating your QuickBase data with a template that you create using Microsoft Word, the rendered page can then be printed from your browser. Our utility uses the same concept but the final output from our utility is a Word Document that can be printed and/or stored for other purposes. The documents are available for further manipulation to add additional information not stored in QuickBase if necessary or to provide non QuickBase users with access to them. We offer the ability to store the documents in QuickBase itself, on your local webserver or with other web based data storage services such as Amazon S3.
Amazon S3 - Basic Hosted This utility allows you to upload your data files to Amazon S3. Once they are in S3, a link to those files within your QuickBase table will allow you a single click download of your data file as well. You users have no idea that the files are not stored in QuickBase!
FILE ATTACHMENT - MultiFile Hosted Upload and associate multiple files to a single record in your QuickBase table AND enter additional meta data for each individual file once uploaded. For each file selected to be uploaded, a new record is inserted into a child table. There is a file attachment field on that child table and it will be updated to include the file for each record created. Additional metadata can also be captured for each file.
Amazon S3 - With Document Management Hosted This utility is a more advanced version of the Basic Amazon S3 utility. The additional features provide you with versioning capabilities of your files stored in Amazon S3. So you get the same upload/download capabilities with the additional benefit of Document Management. You can also lock a document so other users can't upload over your current version of the document.
QB Maps Hosted This utility is more than just mapping a single location with Google Maps, our utility loads up many locations from a QuickBase database, plots them, and allows for additional data for each location stored in your QB table to be available right within the map. So imagine clicking on a Google Map pin and seeing your QuickBase data appear in the popup window. You can also click a link within that window and we'll take you right back to your QuickBase record.
Text My QuickBase Hosted Send requests via Text or Email to retrieve, edit, delete and/or insert data in your QuickBase application. We can set up special keywords that when received by our tool they can perform 1 or more QuickBase api calls against your application.
Amazon S3 - File Attachment Conversion Service The File Attachment Sweep is used in 2 ways: 1. It is a one time service utility that will transfer files stored in QuickBase File Attachment fields to Amazon S3. If you're concerned about reaching File Attachment space utilization limits, let us run our utility against your application(s) to move your files into a more cost effective storage solution. 2. Coupled with our Amazon S3 Basic it is used to provide your users with a similar user experience as they have with the file attachment fields, on ADD record they use the file attachment field, overnite we sweep the file into S3, on view/edit they use our S3 fields and the file attachment field is hidden.
Microsoft Access Upsizer Service This one time service utility will convert your existing Microsoft Access Database into a QuickBase application. It automatically generates a new QuickBase application, creates all tables, fields with their corresponding QuickBase field types assigned, RELATIONSHIPS and a standard data entry form for each table. It will also create a "subform" on that standard form to include any related data. This will save you HOURS of development time when choosing to move from Access to QuickBase. We've taken the MS Access Northwind sample database and converted it...take a look at the demo to see the converted app.
QB Scheduler Hosted The native QuickBase Calendar component is limited in functionality. We've developed this tool to provide users with a more feature rich Calendar. You can view your date/time related data in a day, week or month view. We've included drag and drop capabilities so you can modify your data more interactively. You can filter your calendar data on the fly without having to close the calendar and open it again. All changes made in the Calendar view are saved to quickbase in real time.
QBase to QBooks Client Installed This is our QuickBase to QuickBooks Integration offering. This is a windows based client installed application and is currently only available for Desktop QuickBooks products(QuickBooks Pro / Enterprise etc). We support various QuickBooks transaction types, the list is always changing as we add additional capabilities to this integration tool so contact us for the latest transaction list. QuickBooks Online is not supported at this time, but will be in a future release.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, QuickBase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, QuickBase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. QuickBase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
