Pricing Details:  DOCUSIGN FOR QUICKBASE is a PREMIUM add-on and includes a One-Time Setup Charge and an ANNUAL Hosting Charge.
  • Setup Charge includes setting up ONE Quickbase application, ONE table and ONE DocuSign tagged document template
  • DOCUSIGN FOR QUICKBASE can be installed and run in multiple applications (up to 20) in the SAME Quickbase account for NO additional hosting charge. If you need more than 20 apps you can get another 20 for an additional $50 per month.
  • DocuSign pricing is additional and payable directly to DocuSign. You must have a DocuSign account to use this add-on.  Also note that DocuSign pricing per envelope is NOT included in our quote, that price is separate and is set and enforced by DocuSign.

  • DocuSign for Quickbase supports the sending of any type of document requiring a signature stored in your Quickbase application(s) to any email address stored on your records. 
  • Updates to Quickbase are done in real-time with information collected during the DocuSign signing process.
  • Email the document(s) you want your recipient(s) to sign and guide them with a "Sign Here" tab that is directly on the document. This functionality is driven completely from within your Quickbase application.
  • Documents can be sent to one or more recipients, each recipient may have a specific role in the approval process. ie Signer, Reviewer,Receive a copy.
  • Control the Order in which your recipients receive the document.
  • Collect Data from your recipients and store that data in Quickbase
  • Accept CREDIT CARDS! without violating Quickbase terms of service!  (Additional setup and monthly charges required)
  • Change a recipient after the Envelope is created in DocuSign.

    When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

    • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
    • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
