Pricing Details:  PDF STAMPER BATCH PROCESSOR is a BATCH add-on and includes a One-Time Setup Charge and an ANNUAL Hosting Charge.
  • Setup Charge includes setting up ONE Quickbase application, ONE table and ONE PDF template. We configure your application and help you create your first PDF template. We then show you how to create additional templates on your own. When the setup is complete you can create as many templates as you want and need.
  • PDF STAMPER BATCH PROCESSOR can be installed and run in multiple applications (up to 20) in the SAME Quickbase account for NO additional hosting charge. If you need more than 20 apps you can get another 20 for an additional $50 per month.

The PDF Stamper Batch Processor gives you all of the same features of the PDF Stamper with the additional ability to "STAMP" more than 50 PDFs in a single button click!

  • Document "STAMPING" can be "triggered" to run when an event occurs on a record in Quickbase.  So when a record is as added or updated you can automate the stamping of a PDF using the PDF Stamper Batch Processor.
  • Email notifications in Quickbase are used to execute the PDF Stamper Batch Processor for both batch document stamping and "triggered" document stamping.

    When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

    • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
    • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
